Make your own breakfast #ice cream#


Sick of having oatmeal, cereal, pancakes, waffles, toast, milk and nasi lemak for breakfast? Why not start your day fresh and ready with some homemade, specially-for-breakfast ice cream using yoghurt and fruits?

Here we would like to share with you the way to make an ice cream healthy enough to enjoy in the morning yet still able to satisfy your sweet tooth.


You can choose many different of yogurt, but plain yogurt work best for mixing!

1. Choose your favourite flavoured yoghurt. It could be anything from strawberry, mango or berries but 
natural-flavoured yoghurt is the best. 
2. Add the yoghurt and a few different kinds of fruit into a blender and blend them until you reach a smooth consistency. The types of fruit are all yours to pick but be sure to choose the ones that could mix well together. 
3. Then, pour the yoghurt and fruit blend into popsicle molds. If you do not have popsicle molds, you can also use plastic cups.


Experiment with different kinds of fruit for more variety!
4. For an even healthier take of your ice cream, dice up fruits like kiwi, banana, strawberry, mango or grapes and add them into popsicle molds after pouring in the blend. 
5. Put the popsicle molds in the freezer and wait until it freezes. Feel free to sprinkle ground almond or oatmeal or splash on some honey as toppings. 

Congratulations, you have managed to make healthy frozen desserts for breakfast! You can also enjoy them any other time of day, don't worry.
